Andrew grew up in Pennsylvania where he developed a passion for visual storytelling at an early age. He decided to pursue his passion and devote his life to this art form. After many years working as a gaffer and lighting technician in Philadelphia and New York, Andrew moved to Los Angeles to study cinematography at the American Film Institute Conservatory.
After receiving an MFA from the American Film Institute, Andrew began his career as a cinematographer. He has experience working on various feature length narrative and documentary projects, as well as other short films, commercials, and music videos. He has been fortunate enough to have plenty experience shooting on all formats including 35mm and 16mm film, as well as other digital formats.
Andrew currently lives and works in Los Angeles, but is open to any experience that takes him outside of Southern California.
